INSURANCE
Please ensure your party is covered by insurance as Country Lodges are not responsible for any claims made.

AVAILABILITY
The accommodation will be available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure.

UNAUTHORISED GUESTS
Only the named guests who book the accommodation will be allowed to occupy it. Any other persons found in occupation will be asked to leave. Country Lodges reserve the right to terminate your contract with no refunds given.

DAMAGE
Please treat the accommodation and its contents with respect. All damage and breakages must be paid for.

BEHAVIOUR
Loud and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Persons acting this way may have their contract terminated with no refunds given

NO SMOKING
Country Lodges has a strict no smoking policy inside the accommodation.

NO PETS
Sorry, strictly no pets allowed.

PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required within 1 week of your booking confirmation. Full payment is required 56 days before the date of your holiday, cancellation charges will apply after this time.
